About these terms
These terms govern use of the Brilliaura website and purchases made through it. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to the version presented at that time. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and private guest-order links, and activity performed through them. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
Product information and imagery
Brilliaura aims to present jewellery, diamonds, metals, dimensions, certification, colours, and media accurately. Screen settings, photography, natural variation, manufacturing tolerances, stone characteristics, and selected configurations can affect appearance. Product descriptions and images are not a substitute for the final order specification.
Ring builder and customisation
Builder prices and previews reflect the selections and catalog rules available at that moment. Your cart and order summary are the authoritative configuration. Engraving, resizing, custom production, selected stones, production speed, and other personalisation may affect availability, cancellation, return, and delivery rights.
Pricing, taxes and availability
Prices are shown in the stated currency and may change before an order is accepted. Checkout displays the current item price, production surcharge, shipping, promotion, reserve, and available tax or duties information. A cart does not reserve stock indefinitely. We may correct an obvious pricing or catalog error before acceptance and will provide an appropriate option where payment has already been authorised.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean acceptance. Acceptance occurs when Brilliaura confirms the order or begins the applicable fulfilment stage, subject to payment, inventory, risk, address, legal, and quality checks. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted and will address captured funds appropriately.
Payments
Payments are processed by the provider configured for the store. You authorise the stated amount and any clearly disclosed staged or adjusted transaction permitted by the checkout. Provider authentication, verification, disputes, reversals, and refund timing may also be governed by the provider's terms.
Production, shipping and delivery
Made-to-order production and carrier transit are separate estimates. The selected timeline, shipping service, destination, duties treatment, and delivery estimate appear in the order summary. See the Shipping Policy for additional detail.
Cancellations, returns and after-sales care
Order-specific policy snapshots determine available cancellation, return, exchange, resizing, repair, warranty, and refund actions. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the secure order page. Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape or overload services, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use product media and content beyond applicable licence rights.
Intellectual property
Brilliaura and its licensors retain rights in the website, designs, text, images, video, software, branding, and other content. No ownership transfers through website use or product purchase except ownership of the physical item as stated in the order.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, remedies and liability will be assessed in relation to the order, foreseeable loss, and the service actually provided. Jurisdiction-specific limitations require legal review before these terms are relied upon.
Governing law, changes and contact
The governing law and dispute forum must be confirmed for Brilliaura's legal seller and each mandatory consumer jurisdiction. We may update these terms prospectively; the version attached to an accepted order remains part of that transaction. Contact the published support address with questions.
